Sizing

Please follow the size chart provided under each product.  If you have any questions, we highly recommend pulling your favorite shirt out, and taking measurements from it.

Ladies fit tees are tighter, and more form-fitting with shorter sleeves. They have stretch but can run small.  Every body is different, so if you are nervous about the shirt being too tight, you may want to go up in size or double check our size chart measurements for the right fit for your curves.

Unisex tees are your standard cut tee that are made to look good on both men and women. They have longer and wider sleeves and a slightly longer body length. These tees are great if you prefer a looser, more relaxed/forgiving fit. Please refer to our size charts for exact measurements.

 


Care Instructions

Machine wash in cold water, turned inside-out on the gentle cycle with mild detergent and with similar colors. Don't use fabric softeners. Avoid machine drying.  Hang-dry for the longest life. Iron inside-out if necessary, taking special care to not iron on the design. Do not dry clean.



Shipping 

My Dog Is Family products are printed on demand, which means that when you place an order, your design(s) is/are printed especially for you within 2-7 business days.

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping of Custom Watches, and Custom Wallet Phone Cases.  These products take longer to produce, and are made for you when you order!

97% percent of all other orders (Apparel, Drinkware, Dog Bandanas, Pillows) are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of all orders are shipped within 3 business days or less..

Please note: If you order more than one product, they may be sent out in different shipments. We do try to minimize the number of packages shipped. This WILL NOT affect shipping cost.  

Estimated Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days, after your order is produced.

 


Returns

Because each shirt is custom made to order, returns are based on an individual basis (including incorrect sizing - please make sure to reference our size charts before placing your order!)

Exchanges are only allowed for defective merchandise. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@mydogisfam.com within 7 days of delivery receipt, with photos that clearly show the defects. Once your exchange has been approved, you will receive an email with further steps on how we will rectify the issue. Please note, that you will receive the same color, style and size that you originally ordered.
